- A written scope and system map. You approve it before work starts.

- Human approval on anything sensitive. The AI drafts. You or your team approve.
- Documentation and a walkthrough video. Every system is handed over properly.
- Aftercare. Bug fixes after launch, then optional monitoring and improvement. Fixes are free for 30 days after launch.

Will customers know it's automated?
Yes. Every chatbot we build tells customers it is an automated assistant. It hands over to a person when a customer asks, or when a question is outside what you have approved.
Who owns the system?
You do. The workflows, accounts and keys are in your name. Our access is limited to what the build needs and is removed at handover.
Do I need to change my tools to use AI automation?
Usually not. We connect the tools you already use, such as your email, calendar, CRM and WhatsApp Business. If something cannot be connected, we tell you before work starts.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your own tools. We use secure connections and give each step only the access it needs. We tell you which AI providers are used, and where a provider allows it, your data is not used to train their models.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Nobody controls Google, Meta or your market, so we don't promise rankings, leads or revenue. We promise clear work, honest reporting and a system you can see working.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the system. A single workflow or chatbot is the quickest kind of project. You get a timeline in the written plan, before any commitment.
